Ravi Nirgudkar

Ravi Nirgudkar is a globally recognized aerospace, defense, and national security executive with more than two decades of leadership experience driving enterprise transformation, mission-critical operations, and strategic growth across highly regulated defense, aerospace, and advanced technology sectors.
Throughout his distinguished career, Ravi has held senior executive leadership roles with some of the world’s most respected aerospace and defense organizations, including BAE Systems and Raytheon, where he successfully directed multinational operations, secured strategic defense and aerospace programs, and led complex national security initiatives across international markets.
Ravi holds an MBA in Program Management from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
